This I find very impressive because I attend school at Sudbury, Ontario where the nearest GUESS Factory, I think, is in Cookstown, Ontario. The product usually arrives the week after I have placed the order. I can happily say that I have always recivied my GUESS Factory packages within AT MOST seven days of placing the order. (8) This one connects to the point (7) just above.

Unlike the other reviewer who mentioned the out of stock issue, I was notified, if I recall correctly, within a couple of days. I should go berserk, as they say, if I had not been refunded. I do not recall if I was refunded or not. (7) I too have received notifications that one or more of my ordered products is out of stock. This is, of course, as they say, as "iss-me" and not an "issue." This makes for frustrating shopping because I buy clothes less frequently than I plan to because I must wait for there to be enough products that I like all at once, and this is difficult sometimes with sales coming and going.

This is nonsense, for many stores (including GUESS's own GBYGUESS) provide free shipping with orders totalling, at a minimum, $70 or $75. (6) $125 minimum order in order to receive free shopping. (One reviewer mentioned that the trick is to call before the confirmation email has been placed-ha! Not for all of us, but I sincerely appreciate that the other reviewer shared her experience.) The order was shipped as ordered, despite my request to adjust the order coming in about thirty seconds after placing the order. Over the course of that hour, I desperately attempted to email customer service and received no reply. Within about thirty seconds of placing the order, I immediately began emailing customer service. (5) I have placed an order before wher ei accidentally ordered two of the same item. I must accordingly be extremely careful not to touch the decal for fear it will slide off-then boom, why did I even pay the extra $20 for a logo? Within one week (two wears) and one wash, the rubber decals/designs had become lifted or frayed or, indeed, removed from at the edges. (4) I had bought pants which had thick rubber decals/designs which were embossed or elevated from the fabric, if that makes sense. If my shirt once looked like a sidewalk square, now it looks like a sidewalk square which had had a jackhammer taken to it. When I pulled the shirt from my dresser, the decal had literally crumbled off. (3) I have had one occasion where I left a logo tee-shirt, that had the plastic/rubber/decal sort of material on the front of it, folded properly in my dresser for perhaps a month or two. I returned the product at a store location for being defective and a new product was sent my way at no extra charge. (2) I have had one occasion where I bought expensive skinny-pants and within one week all of the buttons/studs (like, the metal circles that are sewed onto the pocket corners) had fallen off. (1) The styles are great and GUESS Factory never fails to make me look great. I have been shopping at GUESS Factory for about three years, now, and I have recently signed up for their loyalty card.Īfter having read the reviews on this site, I feel I should contribute.

Today GUESS is a truly global lifestyle brand with a full range of denim, apparel, and accessories offered in over 80 countries around the world.(Almost every single comment I make is regarding online shopping from the GUESS Factory website.) In 2007, the G by GUESS retail concept was born, gaining its Southern California aesthetic from the Marciano brothers' personal passion for the young, California lifestyle they so enjoyed when they first moved to America. The Marciano brand offers a fashion-forward collection designed for trend-setting women and men. In 2004, the company expanded with a new retail concept for its contemporary collection called Marciano. GUESS invited people to dream with its iconic and timeless advertising campaigns that turned unknown faces into famous models.

GUESS quickly became a symbol of a young, sexy and adventurous lifestyle.

This was the beginning of a long success story. They disappeared from the shelves in just hours. Bloomingdale's was the first department store to welcome the brand by ordering two dozen pairs of jeans. One of their initial designs was a stonewashed, slim-fitting jean, the 3-zip Marilyn. Inspired by a European influence, the Marcianos redefined denim. GUESS was established in 1981 by the Marciano brothers, who left the south of France in pursuit of the American dream.
